Why does my informXL Warranty Analyzer show Open items when all Work Order’s in NEWSTAR are Complete?

Open items are calculated from Work Order Item Crafts that do not have Completion Dates.

This may occur if Users simply change the Status of a Work Order or Work Order Item in NEWSTAR rather than use the “Quick Update” to change the Status and Completion Dates of all Work Order Items and Crafts.
