AP Details	Provides detailed breakdown of all FAST AP and Journal Entry transactions. This analyzer is designed for use by Accounting, as the primary parameter set is Company specific. Change Requests and Change Orders	Provides summary view of all change requests and change orders. Data can be viewed for an entire community or a single customer, showing which change requests have been accepted or rejected and which change orders have been processed. Common uses include: Track the efficiency of processing requests Review of custom change order revenue across projects	Sales, Purchasing
Estimate Detail	Provides an as-built estimate detail list (similar to the FAST Estimate Detail w/VPOs by Group report). This Analyzer incorporates all regular activity detail, cost variances and the majority of the information printed on the purchase orders, including the tax amount and the total extended cost of individual activities. Common uses include: Review activity-level data for individual jobs to ensure that all contracts and materials are included on the job Compare pricing and material quantities across multiple jobs Analyze variance items issued on a job	Purchasing Agents, Purchasing Managers
GL Balance	Provides summary OR detailed level breakdown of GL account balances. Balances can be summarized by Company, Division, Account and Subaccount. When run in detailed mode, displays GL transaction details for each account. Job Cost Details	Provides summary OR detailed level breakdown of GL account balances. Balances can be summarized by Company, Division, Account and Subaccount. Lot Details	FAST Lot record details provided in a single analyzer. Includes all fields found in the FAST “Lots” screen including active User-Defined fields, date fields, scheduling fields, and more. Includes over 100 lot specific fields. View all lots and associated lot data in a singlefile. Review lots and associated lot status and date fields en-masse by Company, Division, Community and Project. View, summarize, and group lots by start projections, projected closing, target completion, etc. Global view of lot premiums, lot prices, etc. Over 100 fields to report on. Lot Schedules	Summary or detailed breakdown of lot construction schedules. Summary mode is intended for management level reporting. Price Cost Analysis	Summary or detailed analysis of options and takeoff data. Using Price/Cost Analysis and Price Book, includes selling price, cost, and margin (by project, plan and option). Intended for Sales and Purchasing management and staff. Sales Gross Margin	Allows for a review of lot level sales revenue and cost data from FAST. Includes lot and buyer details, gross sale and incentive summary, costs by base plan, custom option and standard option, and closing date projections. Dive into the detail of a specific lot, review lot-specific option revenue and costs, and create scenarios to visualize the impact on gross profitability.
